Cottonwood Creek Elementary School

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by Barbara Ariss

The association approved the Minutes from the last Annual Meeting as read by Chris Pyms.

Election of the new board members: 43 Ballots were received - they were verified by Don LaBrot, and counted by: John Frank, Terry Godwin and Jim Hooten

The newly elected board members are: Don Bergal, Jim Lamb and Barbara Ariss

Spring Clean Up Day – June 17^th Our trash company will be coming around the Vista on Saturday to pick up large items, they should be left on the curb by 8:00am.

Summer Social – August 20^th (tentative date)

Discussion took place around the placement of trailers, campers, boats, idle cars freestanding basketball hoops and commercial vehicles cannot be left on the sidewalks/streets. The Arapahoe County Sheriff will enforce that right of way ordinance when called at 303-795-4711. Each homeowner is encouraged to call the sheriff when such a violation is noticed.

Dues…discussed the possible rise of the annual assessment from $180.00 to $185.00
