•The meeting was held at Cottonwood Elementary School

•The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM

Bob Schwartz addressed the board in regard to an alleged covenant violation of unapproved vehicles parked in his driveway.  As a result of the discussion, the board made a decision to “soften” the language of first letters of violation to homeowners as we continue to strive to uphold the homeowners’ covenants.

March 14, 2007 meeting minutes were approved.  They will be posted on the association’s web site.

Centennial Property Services Report

Homeowner Association financials through March 31, 2007 were presented to include: balance sheet, profit/loss budget vs. actual, and customer balance summary.  It was recommended that a specific line be added to the balance sheet for “trash removal reserves”.  Line item will be added to future balance sheets to reflect those reserves.

Covenant violations through March 30, 2007 were presented.

Group Home Issue

The group home on Kenton Way has been shut down by Arapahoe County and is currently vacant.  The county has assured homeowners that no more group homes will be allowed in our subdivision once new codes specifying what qualifies a home as a “group home” are approved by the County.
